Turtle Track is a minimalist and reversible lace shawl inspired by the Track of the Turtle stitch pattern from Shetland. Even though the pattern may look difficult, it is straightforward and a good introduction to lace knitting. It uses sequence knitting and is designed by Cecelia Campochiaro, the inventor of Sequence Knitting.
Turtle Track is a rectangular shawl, and we knit our sample in Pascuali Pinta, a fingering weight yarn that blends merino, silk, and ramie. You'll love its feel and drape.
