Shipping policy

We aim to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.  Typically, if an order is received by 6PM Pacific Time, it will be shipped the next business day.  If an order is received after 6PM Pacific Time, it will be shipped in two business days.  For example, if your order is received at 8pm Pacific Time on Monday, it will be shipped on Wednesday.  For us, business days are Mondays through Saturdays on which the US Postal Service is open for business.  If there will be any delay of more than 24 hours to this schedule, we will reach out to you to advise you of this.

Unforeseen events may disrupt the shipping timeframes below.  For shipments within the US, you will receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your order's progress.  We are not liable for shipments taking longer than anticipated for reasons beyond our control.

International shipments: these shipments will go out by international post.  There is often a limited tracking function on these shipments, and there can be delays at Customs, so we have provided our best estimate of shipping timeframes below, but we are not liable if the shipment is delayed for reasons beyond our control.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping Charges

Our current shipping charges for various countries and shipping speeds are:

United States (including Alaska & Hawaii)

Standard Shipping (typically 3 to 4 business days by USPS or UPS): $9.00
Free Standard Shipping (typically 3 to 4 business days by USPS or UPS): on orders of $100 or over
Express Shipping: $55.00 (typically 1 to 2 business days)

** Shipping times to Alaska & Hawaii may take an extra business day.

** Seattle deliveries - we have free local delivery to certain areas in the City of Seattle that are within a certain distance of our office.  If your address qualifies, you will see a "Local Delivery" option at checkout.

Canada & Mexico

Standard Shipping (typically 8 to 10 business days by international post): $15.00
Free Standard Shipping (typically 8 to 10 business days by international post): on orders of $150.00 or over

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom

Standard Shipping (typically 12 to 16 business days by international post): $20.00
Free Standard Shipping (typically 12 to 16 business days by international post): on orders of $220.00 or over

Australia/New Zealand

Standard Shipping (typically 15 to 20 business days by international post): $22.00
Free Standard Shipping (typically 15 to 20 business days by international post): on orders of $220 or over

Japan

Standard Shipping (typically 15 to 20 business days by international post): $25.00
