Sapling Sock (75% wool, 25% nylon)
Sapling Sock is a fingering weight yarn; it is 75% superwash Merino and 25% nylon. It is sourced from farms where "mulesing" - an inhumane method of raising sheep - is not practiced.
This yarn is hand dyed in small batches, so each batch may be a little bit different, and we recommend buying all of the yarn you need for a project at one time. We also suggest alternating skeins when knitting projects.
*** Note: Cedar House Yarns has stopped dyeing yarn, so when it's gone, it's gone.***
Sapling Sock has excellent elasticity, stitch definition, and a soft drape. It is a good choice for socks, shawls, and other warmer weather projects.
