Roma is an easy summer shell with cap sleeves. It's designed using Erika Knight Studio Linen and BC Garn Tussah Tweed knit together, and Studio Linen knit alone, to create a light and airy fabric with tremendous drape. It'll show a hint of your cami underneath. Wear it to work or out for the evening because it will dress up or down.
If you already know how to knit and purl, and want to learn basic garment shaping and construction, this is a great next project for you.
Erika Knight Studio Linen is a linen yarn that is soft to the touch and is made from 85% recycled textile waste. BC Garn Tussah Tweed is made from humanely harvested Tussah silk. So you'll feel doubly good about this project (and look great in it).
Our Tutorial Design will teach you how to work ribbing, shape a neckline and cap sleeves, and seam a garment. You should already be comfortable knitting and purling before you start.
