Riviera Wrap Design
The Riviera Wrap is our first design from Niree Noel. She's a freelance writer by day, passionate knitter by night, and you can learn more about her here.
Inspired by the rocky coastline of Saint Raphael in the South of France, the Riviera Wrap features a scalloped edge that mimics the waves lapping ashore in the Calanques. A touch of subtle lacework makes this wrap an ideal transitional piece between the height of summer and the beginning of fall.
Niree has designed it using Jorstad Creek Hazelwood. Hazelwood is 100% organic Merino wool sourced from the Pacific Northwest, and it is hand dyed in Jorstad Creek's studio in Olympia, Washington. Our model is in Mid Gray.
Our Row House Tutorial Design integrates our skills videos via hotlinks in the PDF to teach you how to knit stitch patterns and lace stitch basics. So you should be comfortable knitting and purling before you start.
