A versatile cowl worked in rows on a long circular needle. The slanted lace stitch creates a reversible fabric with "zig zag" shaped edges. It is designed by Jeanette Sloan for Erika Knight.

3.75mm/US 5 circular needle 150 cm/59 in long
large eyed blunt tipped sewing needle

TENSION/GAUGE:
23 sts and 30 rows to 10cm/4in meas over St st using 3.75mm/US 5 needles. Change needle size as necessary to ensure the correct tension.
