GAUGE
9 stitches and 12 rows = 4" in stockinette stitch, although matching gauge exactly isn’t necessary for this project
MATERIALS
Any super-bulky weight yarn. We recommend either Erika Knight Maxi Wool or Cedar House Yarns Windfall Super Bulky. Depending upon the size you choose, you will need approximately 460 (500,570,650) m/500 (540,620,710) yds of yarn: 6 (7,8,9) skeins if using Maxi Wool, or 7 (8,9,10) skeins if using Windfall Super Bulky. Yarn amounts given are based on average requirements and are approximate.
Size 10 mm straight or circular needles (or US size 15) We recommend knitting back and forth on circular needles so that the stitches fit comfortably.
