Cornwall (70% wool, 10% cashmere, 20% silk)

Cornwall is a Fingering weight yarn and is 70% Blue-faced Leicester, 10% Cashmere, and 20% Silk. It is sourced from the United Kingdom and hand dyed by Jorstad Creek.  Jorstad Creek dyes in its Olympia, Washington studio and is known for its rich, layered colorways. 

This yarn is hand dyed in small batches, so each batch may be a little bit different, and we recommend buying all of the yarn you need for a project at one time.  We also suggest alternating skeins when knitting projects.

Cornwall has a slight halo from the cashmere, excellent drape and very good stitch definition.

100 gm skein containing approximately 397 m/435 yds.

KNIT GAUGE:
32 sts & 43 rows = 10 cm/4 in, using 2.25 mm (US 1) needles
28 sts & 40 rows = 10 cm/4 in, using 2.75 mm (US 2) needles

RECOMMENDED NEEDLE/HOOK SIZE:
Needle size - 2.25 to 3.25 mm (US 1 to 3) 
Hook size - 2.25 to 3.5 mm (US B-1 to E-4)
