Cornwall is a fingering weight yarn and is 70% blue-faced leicester wool, 10% cashmere, and 20% silk. It is a superwash yarn. It is sourced from the United Kingdom and hand dyed by Jorstad Creek. Jorstad Creek dyes in its Olympia, Washington studio and is known for its rich, layered colorways.
This yarn is hand dyed in small batches, so each batch may be a little bit different, and we recommend buying all of the yarn you need for a project at one time. We also suggest alternating skeins when knitting projects.
Cornwall has a slight halo from the cashmere, excellent drape and very good stitch definition.
