Join Us for Worldwide Knit in Public Day 2021!

After taking 2020 off, we're happy to be celebrating Worldwide Knit in Public Day again in 2021.  It'll take place on June 12th, and we're excited to knit (or crochet!) with everyone in real life.  There's no agenda - it's just a chance to knit in public, share our love of craft, and connect after an incredibly challenging year.  

We're partnering with people, dyers, and shops around the country.  We'll add events to the list below as we get them confirmed. 

Each event will have a limited number of Row House gift bags (yes, gift bags!) to give to attendees on a first come, first served basis.  When they run out, they run out.

Seattle - We'll be hosting a Row House event in Seattle on June 12th from 2pm to 4pm in Carkeek Park.  We have a group of picnic tables reserved, and you can sign up through Eventbrite.  Masks are required so that everyone can feel comfortable joining us.

If you're a Wellspring Family Services Volunteer Knitter/Crocheter, you can drop off finished knits, and we'll deliver them to Wellspring for you.

LA/Santa Monica - We'll be hosting a Row House event in Santa Monica on June 12th from 2pm to 4pm in Clover Park.  Bring your blankets or chairs to join us, and you can sign up through Eventbrite.  Masks are required so that everyone can feel comfortable joining us.

Brooklyn, New York - You can find some of our gift bags at String Thing Studio in Brooklyn as part of their WWKIP Day celebration.  Check in with their shop for details.

Olympia, Washington - Jorstad Creek, one of the indie dyers that we work with will also have some gift bags at their WWKIP Day celebration.  Check in with their shop for details.
