New Spring Yarns from BC Garn

We're delighted to introduce our newest Artisan - BC Garn.  They're a family-owned business in Denmark with a long history in the wool and yarn trade.  BC Garn is especially focused on creating eco-friendly and ethical yarns in a wide color palette.  You can learn more about them here.

We now carry their Tussah Tweed - a fingering weight 100% Tussah silk yarn.  Tussah silk is humanely harvested from wild silk moths.  Tussah Tweed is super soft with rich color palettes, perfect for Spring and Summer knitting.

And not to be outdone, their Alba organic cotton yarn will also inspire you.  It's a sport weight, combed cotton yarn that it GOTS certified.  GOTS is the only internationally recognized organic textile standard, and it requires third party verification.
