Materials:  

YARN:

A super bulky weight wool; we’ve designed the coasters using Erika Knight Maxi Wool. One skein of Maxi Wool will make 4 coasters.

If you’re not using Maxi Wool, you will need 80 m/87 yds of yarn to make 4 coasters.

NEEDLES & NOTIONS:

Size 10 mm (US size 15) straight needles
Tapestry needle for sewing in the ends
Scissors

GAUGE:

19 stitches & 14 rows = 4" in herringbone stitch, though matching gauge isn’t exactly necessary for this project.

FINISHED DIMENSIONS:

4 ¾” wide, 4 ¾” long
