Distinctly Alpaca Sport (100% alpaca)

Distinctly Alpaca Sport is a sport weight 100% alpaca yarn, spun from the fiber of the alpacas raised on Black Wolf Ranch's ranch in Montana.  Black Wolf Fiber is a woman-owned business, and you can learn more about them here.

This yarn is hand dyed in small batches, so each batch may be a little bit different, and we recommend buying all of the yarn you need for a project at one time.  We also suggest alternating skeins when knitting projects.

Distinctly Alpaca Sport has good stitch definition and a halo.  The knitted fabric has very good drape and is lightweight.

Needle size - 3.25 to 3.75 mm (US 3 to 5)
