Marquesas Shrug Kit

If you already know how to knit and purl, and want to learn cables and basic garment shaping, the Marquesas Shrug is a great next project.  It's a relaxed shrug with a subtle cable pattern.  It's perfect for casual weekend (or office) wear or an evening out.  

We've designed it using Black Wolf Fiber Distinctly Sport Alpaca.  Black Wolf Fiber spins yarn from its own alpaca flock in Montana, and it dyes the yarn into custom colors on the ranch.

Our Row House Tutorial Design integrates our skills videos via hotlinks in the PDF to teach you how to make cables and to do basic garment shaping.  So you should be comfortable with knitting and purling before you start.

There are three sizes - 47 3/4 (51 3/4, 55 3/4)" wide from elbow to elbow, 27 (29, 31)" from neck edge to waist edge.
